Most of what we make carries someone else's name. Retailers, houseware brands and importers send us a drawing or a sample; we make the tooling, send samples, and produce to the approved piece, packed in their artwork.

Shape & size
New dies and spinning chucks made in-house from your drawing or golden sample.
Steel grade
SS 304 (18/8), SS 201 or SS 430, with the mill test certificate for your coil.
Thickness
Body 0.4–1.5 mm; capsule base aluminium core 3–5 mm.
Finish
Mirror polish, satin, hairline brush, hammered, or a mix inside and out.
Handles & lids
Riveted or welded, hollow cast or wire; steel or tempered-glass lids.
Branding
Laser-etched or stamped logo on the base, handle or rim; embossed base plate.
Packaging
Your colour box, gift box, window box, hang card or shrink pack, printed from your artwork.
Retail-ready
EAN/UPC barcodes, price labels, care leaflets in your languages, carton marks to your warehouse.

Enquiry & specification
You send drawings, a reference sample or a product link, with grade, gauge, finish, quantities and target price.

Quotation
Itemised quote per size: unit price, MOQ, packing, carton dimensions, and FOB or CIF terms.

Tooling
Deep-draw dies, spinning chucks and embossing plates made in-house for your shape and logo.
- 410–15 days
Pre-production sample
Samples in your exact grade and finish, couriered with a measurement report.
- 5Your call
Approval
You approve the sample and packing artwork. It becomes the golden sample every piece is checked against.
- 635–45 days
Mass production
Production against the golden sample, with in-line checks at forming, bonding and polishing.
- 71–2 days
Final inspection
AQL 2.5 final random inspection by our QC, or your own third party: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, QIMA.

Loaded at the factory, shipped from Karachi or Port Qasim with a full export document set.
