Coil in, containers out.
Forming, bonding, polishing and packing all happen under one roof, so every stage of your order is ours to control and yours to inspect.
How a pot is made
Eight operations, one roof.
The route every capsule-base pot takes through the factory.
- 1
Coil & blanking
Stainless coil is checked against the mill test certificate, then blanked into circles on power presses.
- 2
Deep drawing
Hydraulic presses draw each blank into a seamless body in one to three stages, with annealing between draws for deep pots.
- 3
Spinning & trimming
Rims are spun, curled and trimmed on CNC and manual lathes; flares and pouring lips are formed here.
- 4
Capsule bonding
An aluminium disc and SS 430 cap are impact-bonded to the base under friction press load, so the base heats evenly and works on induction.
- 5
Handle fitting
Handles are riveted with stainless rivets or spot-welded, then pull-tested.
- 6
Polishing
Multi-stage buffing to a mirror finish, or satin blasting and hairline brushing to order.
- 7
Marking & cleaning
Logo laser-etched or stamped, then ultrasonic cleaning to remove polishing compound.
- 8
Inspection & packing
Visual, dimensional and flatness checks before each piece goes into its retail box.
Materials
Three grades, chosen per product.
SS 304
18/8, austenitic
18% chromium, 8% nickel. The premium food-contact grade: best corrosion resistance and polish.
Used for: Premium cookware, hotelware
SS 201
Low-nickel, austenitic
Manganese replaces part of the nickel. Bright and strong at a lower price point.
Used for: Price-led retail lines, trays
SS 430
17% chromium, ferritic
Magnetic, so it works on induction. Used for capsule caps and budget ranges.
Used for: Induction bases, bowls, utensils
Quality control
Checked at every stage.
Not only at the end of the line. Your inspector or third party is welcome on the floor.
- Material
- Mill test certificate per coil; spot grade check with an XRF analyser or test reagent
- Gauge
- Wall and base thickness measured with a micrometer at the start of every batch
- Base flatness
- Capsule base checked hot and cold so pans sit flat on induction hobs
- Bond strength
- Capsule adhesion tested by thermal shock on samples from every bonding run
- Handles
- Rivet pull test and load test on handles
- Finish
- Checked against the approved golden sample under daylight lamps
- Food contact
- LFGB / FDA migration test reports arranged through accredited labs on request
